NCSDJJ Teen Officers

Group 1

(Ages 2-5): Our youngest members, Group 1, engage in playful and educational activities designed to foster curiosity and early development in a fun and nurturing environment.

Group 2

(Ages 6-8): Group 2 focuses on creative learning experiences that encourage teamwork, self-expression, and community involvement while developing a foundation of leadership skills.

Group 3

(Ages 9-11): In Group 3, children participate in more structured activities that promote academic growth, cultural awareness, and social responsibility.

Group 4

(Ages 12-14): Group 4 members begin their journey into leadership with activities aimed at civic engagement, advocacy, and preparation for future responsibilities.

Group 5

(Ages 15-19): Our oldest group, Group 5, emphasizes leadership, community service, and preparation for adulthood through programs that build confidence and foster mentorship.

2025 Graduating Senior Spotlight

Emma Smith-Johnson

Emma Smith-Johnson, a standout senior at Lincoln High School, has consistently demonstrated excellence both in academics and extracurricular activities. As president of the debate team and a dedicated volunteer in her community, Emma has earned recognition for her leadership and passion for social justice. This fall, she will be attending Stanford University, where she plans to major in Political Science with a minor in Environmental Studies. Emma hopes to combine her love for policy and advocacy to pursue a career in environmental law, aiming to create impactful change in sustainability and climate action.
